This companies history is extremely shady. Dumped nearly 2 billion shares on shareholders then did a wipeout RS. All the while the ceo said he was close to restructuring the toxic debt. These guys are scammers. Noteholders and preferred shareholders are the only ones who win here. Make a buck if you can but don’t fall in love with it. If they follow through with 8k then I’ll change my tune.

Company did a large RS that pretty much wiped out everyone including myself and when that happens you tend to vent your anger towards the company.

Look at my past posts and you will see the same type of anger.

However the company did clear up their debt as per my sticky and have a huge LOI on the table which all indications say they will close.

So smart pre investors averaged down or took new positions to take advantage of the current company status which is all that counts.

It’s one thing to loss $ on an RS

It’s another to miss out on a company turn around of gargantuan proportions.

Pre investors can come here and post negatives about companies past or they can focus on their future like I have and load up.

You want to buy today and you ask if it is cheating, that sounds very strange - lol, right?

When I bought, I did not assume that CDIX is cheating and I do not believe in cheating, that's why I bought and I would think - CDIX is cheating , then I would not be here and then I would not waste my time here at CDIX and then I would never buy, as they want to buy today.

Can you name a single penny stock that updates the float daily on the OTC? No because it is unheard of. The scam stocks all report to OTC every 3, 6 and 12 months at best. Some years. CDIX is legit! And no one followed through to say it was a scam when questioned because there is no scam here. Refer to after when all the real DD came out. The CDIX float is low even after the Aug. note seller. Time to run. Refer to Twitter and Acela confirming the CDIX merger ahead. HUGE $$$ I did my DD for 2 weeks and will see you at big $$$ ahead.

Been Watching and Trading Here for Awhile. Watched every minute of trading the last 7 days.

Consolidation at these levels seem to be holding great with higher lows all wee long. Lots were shaken yesterday and the day before and I believe many got out, even with that additional pressure pps held .006 like a champ.

Old Company and CEO had past issues, but we are here for ACELA CBD and their potential being one of the largest current hemp companies in the states.

They have 2mill plants, want to expand production and get into other states. Public only found this out last week, thus the crazy ride since.

Imo, news sends us over .01. If the interview next Tue is great, market will send it to silver.

On a risk reward basis, I'd say 20-30% maximum downside with 10-50× potential on the upside. Have close to a Million shares for the ride here myself :)
