1 - getting rid of all the other business except the Tax Defenders

2 - there are note holders that are holding for higher prices because of the ACALE deal

3 - there is a 100,000 dollars in conversions that needs to hit the market (most likely completed by now imo)

4 - lot of people from all over the world are visiting the site at ACALE, ACALE wants CDIX as a vehicle to go Nasdaq at some point and believe they can get it done.

5 - fifteen million funding comes from equity investors, and they have a lot of options for conventional lending.

6 - ACALE wants to start selling hemp on the futures market when approved.
