Exactly looks awesome everyone thought as of today the float and OS would be 500 million with that August note. We are less than half that. No wonder so many massive blocks were loaded yesterday. The big investors know it is go time above now.

I am interested in taking a starter in this stock today. But there has been a lot of chatter that the company is a scam and its CEO has a shady past. Here is an example of some DD that I have uncovered:

So my question to you or anyone on the Board is simply whether or not this CEO is reliable and is the company a scam or not.
