Well said! I’m glad you reported. The scam artists or flippers that want to steal your money will say reporting to sec won’t do any good they “something fabricated here” blah blah but it’s way better than leaving these criminals bend you over. At least we are trying to fight them off our exposed backside when we are vulnerable instead of just taking it. There is legit concerns here by us that this board shows we’ve looked into as far as we can with lots of research showing this could very well be criminal activity. Hopefully the right thing is done here if it is the scam it’s starting to look like by giving jail time and shutting this long standing toxic ticker down.
I’ll admit I was very positive about this company and believed the lies and fell for the criminals tricks. They succeeded in taking a lot of my money but that isn’t what turned me. It was the final ingredients that are showing up in this recipe to create the ultimate scam. Following the facts it’s starting to look very bad with a very low chance all this news isn’t shell companies that aren’t fabricated and the proven felons associated with them linking the businesses together isn’t what it looks like. At least I’ve learned many valuable lessons here for future trading and really took my experience here in. I’ll still be chasing facts and researching, hopefully this isn’t what it seems so far and there’s missing pieces that’ll prove different but time will tell; it’s all resting on the next 10q l.
