The Company Simlatus Corporation Symbol SIML announced sales of 2 Cold Water CBD extraction units on May 29th 2019

These sales were not reflected in their 2nd Quarter Financial Statement for the period ending June 30th 2019


All of their Public correspondence to shareholders seems fraudulent
