Despite my concerns about the financial viability of the project, I still believe this shell will eventually turn into something quite lucrative; if not through Delfin then via some other entity, though I am still cheering for the project and for Delfin to make use of the shell as it's the most expeditious road to riches...!

Not enough information to say whether or not they’re totally out- they just said they’re against a joint development of the FLNG for Delfin! Maybe they don’t want Enbridge in on the deal;-) either way, the project will happen!
