Started roughly May/June 2019. Were roughly 29M shares when it started.

Now it appears to be complete. I haven’t seen any conversions occur lately. My belief is that Kent has negotiated with any remaining convertible holders that they will be paid in full as soon as they refinancing closes.

OS is now roughly 95M
