I don't know. It almost sounds like an underground system to get around the restrictions. Possibly a way to get more money form grey stocks; 'Pay us $##,### more a year and we'll look the other way'. ;-);-)

Not really sure, CS just let me put in an order for ADVT. I cancelled it but they did except it.
