Does ACRL have a drilled out proven/probable, measured/indicated or inferred gold resource? No?
Does ACRL have a hot drill hole intercept or two? No?
Does ACRL have any surface gold showings in rock chips, trenching, soil samples etc? No?

Then the price of gold matters about as much as the price of tea in China...
