Is our little gem looking to team up with the CAR-T therapy? Or was it another product ?

There’s been no evidence of this thus far, so you haven’t missed any posts suggesting this. That said, I suppose anything is possible in the future. Thus far, CAR T seeks to break into the solid tumor market, but they are likely some years from demonstrating any efficacy in that space.

As I see it, CAR T brings the t cells to the cancer (in droves, to the point it can at times, almost kill the patient) loaded with a target or two. Dcvax “safely” brings the T cells too, only the T cells are loaded with most or all the patient’s antigens. I’d be curious to see if there would be a benefit to combining the two treatments in some manner, but there’s nothing to suggest this is on the immediate horizon that I’m aware of.
