Penny stock investors are notorious for their due diligence if there were negatives something would have come to light by now.

So far this company has kept every promise they made. Not to say that can’t change in the future but as of today the only negative is the price per share.

Also The merging companies all have track records.

Probably the negative is how they are paying for the acquisitions. If fast growth then it would overcome that negative.
