Yeah for Ontario a great deal and I do believe they bring more good things than bad things to the table. That one clause of maintaining 51% by getting shares at .0001. kind of like a anti dilution clause. Not that I'm expecting any more dilution and I understand why just bothers me.
Yes but some posts suggest negotiations we’re ongoing so terms might have changed but as long as it gets done I don’t care. Its moving Forward at that point. That means $$$$
i thought the deal seemed like a deal for ontario. Breaking down the deal i think it actually works in our favor short term.. but in the long run, 6 months wouldnt be in our favor if this gets as big as i think this is going to revenue wise
