I am just wondering if the deal is too good for Jody's sense of valuation now. We don't have fins, nor do we have info on deals happening now. Jody has already shown one suitor the door for a low ball offer, maybe he is rethinking this one. This is an easy $100-250 million dollar company, selling $50 to 125 million for $5 million seems a bit nutty.
