The company has no revenue now , but does patented tech. and a means to manufacture that tech to a major auto company.. Company was offered millions in financing from the private sector but backed off due the factoring requirement (IMHO).

Company has chosen the public sector and LIBE just got lucky to have been available at the time and the lender is connected to the company and LIBe IMHO........
