Sales must run through LQMT from there own customers not from Yihao or Eontecs customers. In all probability most of the naysers on the board are probably right that we will not see any revenue from ASUS or CE. If we were to receive revenue we would have seen some last quarter and by the looks of the paltry $100k in revenue I'm afraid we are left out in the cold. I am holding till November to see what comes of revenue if we are not over $500k I am out and afraid we all have been taken by Li and IP theft by him and China is real. I hope not but this may be the case.

so how do you see lqmt deriving revenue from auto/medical/consumer/xyz products

Therein lies the rub. I see LQMT deriving non-CE revenue at Li's sole discretion. LQMT no longer has manufacturing capability (and IMO will have a hard time finding a domestic manufacturer). Consequently, LQMT will contract with Eontec/Yihao to fulfill LQMT's contracts. And, unless the BoD prevents it, all of LQMT's contracts will pass through Li. He will get to decide how much profit goes to Eontec/Yihao and how much goes to LQMT.

I wasn't always this worried about Li's involvement, but his role, or lack of role, in managing LQMT has not inspired confidence. Look back at my earliest posts, e.g., https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=126691402.

I also find Li's motivations difficult to understand. Assuming that he will honor his pledge to transfer the LQMT shares held by his holding company, then he doesn't appear to be motivated by greed. (He takes all of the risks associated with investing in LQMT; sells a great quantity of Eontec shares and uses the proceeds from the sale to invest in LQMT; and then pledges to transfer the shares to Eontec AFTER his investment is worth at least $1.4 BILLION; why did he make that pledge if he is motivated by greed?) What are Li's motivations for getting LQMT relisted? I believe that it can't be greed if he is going to transfer the shares to Eontec.
