It is plain to see that Lugee has perpetual rights to LQMT,CIP technology for non-ce.

There is no misunderstanding there, even if the aforementioned quote isn't literally correct.

IAW, LQMT still has to fend fore itself, whatever is left of LQMT, HA< HA.

Thanks for an easy one. The IP covered by the PLA. I wish I did have all the answers. Then I wouldn't need to ask questions.

Not really certain how that pertains to my questions, which were all based on the other poster's assumptions that Cook could call Lugee.

So, do you have a theory for why Cook should call Lugee through LQMT instead of calling directly to him at Eontec? Why would Apple want to engage the middleman? How does revenue flow to LQMT if Apple goes to Eontec?


Personally, I cannot think of a single reason that Cook would call Lugee and put LQMT in as a middleman. A middleman would only result in increased costs for Apple.
