If KL is going to make an offer to buy out ACRL, what's the point of going on the Nasdaq??

I think there's a very good chance of KL buying ACRL's claims for the price of one box of Timbits and a couple of medium double-doubles, though they'd be overpaying by quite a lot...

A 50 cent pps, giving them a mkt cap of nearly half a billion US dollars (!!) is simply ludicrous... There are many decent small producers with mkt cap's considerably smaller!
