I think announcing trials that still don't quite start has been excruciating for patients and their loved ones. One of those trials delayed the start date over six times. Many lives lost during that window, because the bottleneck is trial maturity and non proportional hazards in the Phase III (aka: time). After this trial, hopefully successful, we'll have the template and go ahead researchers need, and, of course, commercialization presently be there winning results. No Yogi Bera here, if you see a fork in the road, you can't just "take it," you must choose with knowledge.
