We are not in the general top 40, we are in the top 40 specifically for a subset of healthcare products. Walmart does not sell tens of millions of different healthcare products, come on...

It's cool to be up there but let's stay realistic, they likely have thousands of products that sell better than actipatch when you consider the complete offering
