To start getting listed on the NASDAQ You would have to have a 3 dollar a share price I believe I thought they said that's where they wanted to be listed on but not sure And I thought they said the dividend was postponed to September 30th to get a higher share price by APR by buying back their shares also before the dividend Go PHIL $$$$$
