I can see that happening also. Many ways of looking at it but all I know during a counter offer if presented with another offer they have the right to pursue. If the Ontario company wants it INMO they better settle up and get it executed soon. They could lose out to a better offer. PCTL has the advantage during negotiating! They should have written a offer instead of LOI! No money or escrow with the letter. If Someone comes up with a escrow binding offer to PTCL, I hope they take it. LOI is worthless! In the Real Estate world anyhow!
Thank you sello, well said. I guess im ALL OF A SUDDEN a pumper who spreads FUD? Im the ONE guy on this forum who actually combats that nonsense and have had many battles with the powers to be on this forum. I have a free account here for a reason, and that reason is being validated with my name drug in the mud for posting a screenshot I felt others would appreciate.
Offers and counteroffers are part of the negotiating process, so no it is not new or inside information. It is how a deal is crafted.
One good thing is that there hasn't been another official extension issued via a letter between PCT and Ontario and an 8-K. I take this as a good sign that the two parties are very close to coming to final terms and signing the deal.
I got it. Your insights and experience always been valuable. It was the Sam fellow and some of his comments last week that created the doubt.
As for this deal. I guess we just wait and see. This is not one of those fly by night company or a pump or dump. Something is happening in a good way. Deal or no deal with Ontario is not that important to me. If they said that they had a huge order with several hospitals is actually more appealing to me. Lol
