My Walmart phone app does show out of stock.

Walmart.com in a web browser shows it in stock

I would add 'Total' to the BS JGD

There are two vendors for ActiPatch on Walmart. One is BIEL and they show no inventory restrictions when an order is placed.

The other is White Cow. They show 5 available on the 720 hour product and 1 available on the Trial product.
