I'm not so sure. Couldn't stating that they have made a counteroffer really just be another way of saying that the closing is contingent on the terms being modified, which was the wording in the extension exhibit?

Not sure that that would be considered new information as much as restated or clarified information.

Lmfao! Seriously? Check my post history, I called the same guy out for saying Jody spoke with him and in reality that guy is owed an apology. We all are simple, CLOSE minded people and that was me in accusing that Sam user of posting nonsense. Lo and behold, he was telling the truth the whole time.

I have no problem admitting I WAS WRONG, wish others could learn some of that. Furthermore, the update was a confirmation of what we already knew if I took my head out my butt and THOROUGHLY read the extension 8k.
