Aaron Santos is their internal IR guy unless it has changed within the past month. I've only called once and he answered the phone so I didn't need to leave a voicemail. I've had really good luck with emails ([e-mail]) and have not had one go unanswered. That being said I think it depends on what questions are being asked in said email. If the email is in relation to the share price or your frustration with day to day trading it will probably go unanswered. That's not what IR is there for no matter how much people want to believe that. If the questions is in relation to trials, the pipeline, upcoming events, etc. then you should have better luck. This has just been my experience from my correspondence and talking with other people you have also contacted the company.

Don't feel bad you're not alone. I've also had no luck contacting IR using the form on MRKR's site or the email address on their site. A couple straight forward simple questions and . . . **crickets**.
