he’s bullish and expecting material appreciation in the stock price.

Just the opposite IMO. BB's off loaded shares to retail and strangely enough so did our leader JL ("hedge"). Follow the money (their warning). Thero will do the same (sell).

It is comical how many theories surface to explain away flat out bad news.
