$35 million worth of restricted shares "returned to treasury?" How? He's going to buy them? Then why didn't he just buy them all in the first place? Or buy them earlier for 1/4 of what he'd pay now? A white knight is going to buy them? One of my unanswered questions is why he bought this one when there's many other shells where for the same money he could have bought a much larger percentage of, and had unissued shares to play with
