Was lazy.. but here goes :

After a concise and in depth DD, I have came to a conclusion that this play is more of a speculative play rather than one based on solid fact. There is no conclusive evidence backed up with an 8k to prove that the EV company is merging into EMPM shell. Once a PR or a SEC filling is announced stating the merger is complete we can all feel more comfortable....until then we shall wait, speculate and see...

I thought the symbol change was suppose to happen by mid Augast ?

Perhaps this the next DOL* . It took DOL* 8 months to get the symbol change approval ... Finra can delay if they are not happy with the paper work especially for foreign companies.
