Got it. Those are immaterial reporting errors caused due to use of a template (this happens all the time for many companies).
They should be cleaned up when the reporting for the next.

The reason they are immaterial is because the numbers reported in that section would not impact the sellers decision to sell.
Do you think the seller would say “oh you have 500M outstanding, ok I’ll sell” but conversely say “oh you have 100M outstanding, then no I won’t sell”?
No.
That information, while I agree an oversight, is irrelevant to the underlying acquisition transaction.
