If one is a judgement creditor, I have a couple of questions:

1. Why not file a writ of execution, regardless of any assets, encumbered or unencumbered?

2. Given there are no assets of value to liquidate, and the prognosis of any “payment terms” being met being zero, why not put the nail in the coffin? That is, join with one or two other creditors and force a involuntary bankruptcy? At least a trustee would be assigned and liquidate the company, ensuring HHSE would not live to scam another creditor?

I can’t understand why creditors, who will never recoup their money, don’t just put HHSE out of biz permanently.

haha, at 1st I thought this was a real meeting, but now I'm beginning to think its a comedy routine. Bring a friend, bring a CEO, bring a creditor, LOL... too funny.. I honestly feel bad for the SEC person so has to witness this
