So we are essentially stuck here at this PPS until a settlement is negotiated with the Chinaman and his notoriously crooked lawyer? Jason is smoking them out and will offer them a chunk of change, figuring that protracted litigation and a possible strike out will cause them to want to take the money and run. Highway robbery comes to mind.

Hopefully, the summary judgement appeal pushes the envelope. After it is rejected, negotiations end this bs.

So putting a 1:750 RS out there, a ploy or legitimate plan? Like to see that 750 number reduced...
