I believe they are grasping for a long shot. They never mention anything after 2011. Funny. The CEO never gave up his position. Lol. The company quit reporting quit paying taxes and had to be revived. Minimar was given permission under the Jobs act through the SEC to help clean up the Chinese shell company problems and Ldsr was in the mix. Now Jason has it and is creating jobs with it. No longer a shell and is a reporting company. But they are fighting. Wonder why? Nobody fights for a shit sandwich. They know the judge is going to tell both sides to settle or this will open a huge can of worms.
