I can see both sides of the argument, but I agree with you. If these guys had kept going the way they were in a beginning, this would be over a dollar by now.

How did management steal shares? They each bought 43.3 Million shares. After the reverse split they will each have only 2.9 Million shares. It is not like they declared they would be exempt from the split and still have 43.3 Million shares. They have not issued them selves any free shares so far.
After the split the Outstanding shares will go to 12 Million. When the A/S go back to 300 Million that will leave 288 Million shares that can be sold or used for acquisitions.
If they set some shares aside for options or executive pay, that is how it works.
If you owned 1% of the company before the R/S you still own 1% of the company. There is nothing so far to be angry about.
