I guess all we need to do is to patiently wait for it or the management could cooperate a little by building more buzz!

Why so management can wipe out the CURRENT COMMON SHAREHOLDERS with the next approved RS of up to 300 to 1 on the books while they get rich.

I say we keep telling the horrible TRUTH until management starts worrying about CURRENT SHAREHOLDER VALUE and

- cancels the RS

- cancels the rise in AS

- return voting rights that matter to the shareholder who actually paid for or earned their shares.

- put a fair marketable the value on their self proclaimed "industry disruptive""Unparalleled precision,"drone mapping technology before doing any merger.

- release the financials of Wavetech GMBH

- have a US outside auditor confirm value placed on Wavetech GMBH

- management return all FREE STOCK bonus and cancel future ones until they actually increase CURRENT SHAREHOLDER VALUE.

- And most important management stop working for the interest of ICLD and themselves rather than it's SHAREHOLDER!
