You don’t need to take the FDA to court ....you need to shame them - this is a national disgrace for the USA

Agree and I think that’s where this goes pre-PDUFA date notification of delay. After delay I believe Amarin will continue an aggressive public shaming and start on the pathway for “final agency action” on delayed PDUFA.
