That isn't true - you do understand that a reverse split reduces the O/S - what was stated was the O/S would be increased post split.

You misinterpreted what he said ....

If the 8:1 R/S happens, there will be about 250M shares out.

They are then going to authorize 1.4B.

So they could then dilute an additional 1.15B shares.

The O/S would then still be decreased versus today.

And your shares will be worthless.
