Yes Alm2 it was an excellent post by Mellowmoods and glad he took the time to summarize all of that. I liked you post as well and one line of yours that struck a chord with me was:
"Amarin has to GIA unless there is BO-such is not an easy course -many obstacles and costs to overcome JT will not get everything right but........"
Just the other day I read a post by a highly thought of poster who used two words in his post:
"incredibly tiring". Well he was mostly referring to the BS with the FDA and some of JT's actions throughout this process that we are going through. But this is something we will have to learn to live with going down the GIA path. And, of course as you mention later in your post, all these things gang up on our patience and some here will be scared or "tired" out of their shares.
All of this to say that although GIA would ultimately lead to greater gains, it will be an arduous process and will feel incredibly tiring to some. After FDA approval there will still be much work to be done. Selling docs, getting the insurance companies to lower their tiers, making sure not to waste money foolishly and further delay profitability, etc. The question of GIA or BO is out of our hands and because as you and Mellowmoods state, we have an astonishing drug on our hands and so no matter which path the company follows we just have to be patient.
