Fwiw, did a bit of research ....

looked at a few old 10-q filings from 2008 & it

does mention some small convertible notes

but nothing from what I read would show a

note still available 11 years later....

I'm no expert, but it seems impossible...

looks like just some whales who bought a

ton in the trips... and are carelessly

unloading in the mid to low 2's...

which ultimately is good news... they

will run out and in my opinion, .003 &

.004 & possible higher, will be inevitable
