Get past the wording and read into the facts...years after the loss the FDA has been unwilling to work the Moss decision into their scheme! The FDA can’t/didn’t get over NCE loss! This is why Amarin didn’t get program communications with R-I application! This is why Amarin suspected foul play with application weeks after mid cycle review and no Ad Com communications.
FDA lurched at the Novartis scandal to retaliate against Amarin’s furthering of ITC Supreme Court Action filed late July.
