I'm happy to answer questions on the VSTR board. OTC companies typically reverse to free up shares to give out for convertible debt. I'm happy they no longer need to issue shares for debt retirement. I posted my thoughts on a r/s over a year ago, 3/12/18

"I'm not worried about the share count here. If I'm right, and they establish a strong viable business, a reverse split will be fine. Get VSTR out of the penny world and into the real world. But I don't see that happening until they are established and have demonstrated and can show the ability to make real money. And there's more appreciation possible "down here." A lot easier to go from .0075 to .025 than from 7.00 to 25."
