Some please correct me if I misstate this but the next step we’re waiting on is the SEC to approve the financials.

We have to wait for the SEC to approve all the financials. Once that happens Daniel said in the last PR or the one before that the company will go current, and the 1A will be approved simultaneously. IDK how long they usually take to approve financials, but they were put in on the 7th So I wouldn't think it would be too much longer. Maybe a couple weeks.
