Flippers can’t be “locked out” of a stock. In fact, they are responsible for most of the price action in any actively traded stock. It is longs who generally sit and watch as flippers move the PPS.

This is what’s happening in DCGD and will continue to happen, no matter what the share price is...

This way, flippers are locked out for good.
