That would be generous of him, but why should he give up $375K in salary, plus 200K shares/month to dump?

The articles of incorporation do provide for a yearly SH meeting. But that has never happened. Wonder what nook in the incorporation laws of Nevada are being used? Usually they can be skipped if the BODs constitutes being a majority of the shares. But no evidence that's the case.

1234, I do not see him as a bully. He has frustrated me, but a bully, no.

Once IND is filed he will walk into the sunset, which has always been my opinion.

He needs to stop saying "we are there" when we have over a year of fussing around left.

KW is just not the bullying type. Not a scary man in any way. I have no personal beef with this guy.

I/we all just want more info, not vague statements.
