Bullying cannot be defended.

e food stop making excuses for him and trying to avoid his bad behavior. It’s a serious problem for the shareholders.

He needs to apologize for this and for all the other shareholders he’s abused.

He needs to hold a shareholder meeting as promised and this time answer live questions. And take a vote on whether we want him to continue.

He needs to step down and let someone fitter for the job take over imho.

We should not tolerate a bully to shareholders and someone who denies saying what he said.

We need someone who is honest and not disgenuous.
