Why didn’t they wait until we had a market mini crash like we had today ... and then try and raise $400m ?

You know why we are up today IMHO
It’s because market knows AMRN has the financing it needs already in place ....
And come mid Nov .. an Adcom positive vote is almost certain for diabetic secondary prevention patients ......and possibly all secondary prevention patients plus primary prevention Diabetics with one extra risk factor .
