What do you think of Macys or Targeee or Kohls? They are a little light today, school and Xmas is coming up. I go to the stores, malls, NYC, 5th Ave, Madison Ave, and I see people shopping like crazy.

Yes, it's been hijacked. I've been hearing radio ads for the self-underwriten IPO since about a year or two ago. I think they want to or wanted to sell the share placements over the radio and internet directly to retail.

The radio ads were, IMO, wildly nott in compliance with SEC regulations, at leased to the extent that I, as a non-securities lawyer who has gone thru innumerable financings, IPO and private, have experienced and understood from securities counsel.

I haven't heard the radio ads in awhile, so mebbe the new High Times IPO promoters gott summ advice from legal counsel about that. The radio ads were clearly touting info that needs to be in a prospectus and were promoting the security. IIRC, they were directing lissners to a website that had the prospectus and also a bunch of other promotional crapola - I think I glanced at it once - might heve even downloaded the prospectus. Mebbe I'll Czech my archives. If I can find it, I'll post it and give a link to it on DropBox or GoogleDrive.

The radio spot struck me, as a non-securities dude, as colouring waaay ~OUTTside the allowable lines based on my 'spearients and limited unnerstanding of securities regs. It belonged in an iHub iBox.
