Did he explain how JT keeping quiet about info he received from FDA about an AC would not result in violations of SEC rules over dissemination of material info? Look at what his announcement did to the stock price - that's proof it was material, although beside the point.

Atom, you lose credibility here when you use words like "facts" and "evidence" when referring to MRC's work.

MRC blends facts with fiction in order to weave his case to fit his needs. I think too many have him on ignore and let him blow his smoke but that is all it is. You should be very careful with his "facts" and fact checking should be required no matter how fact based what he writes appears to be.
