If we were around $2 still and they were duilting the same dollar amount they are now, the volume would be significantly less. Volume is the amount of shares that change hands in the trading day or over a period of time. Yes it includes duilted shares, but the lower the PPS more shares will be added to OS and overall volume. This is because the PPS is lower and more shares are needed to be sold or duilted to cover the cost of the respective notes.

Yes the volume would be lower if they weren't duilting and having notes convert. However no matter what as the PPS drops volume will increase unless demand goes away.

They have a goal of x amount of dollars in a certain period of time and have plenty of shares to keep dumping until it's reached. Not caring about the PPS. I still don't understand why they don't dilute a small amount at a time to reach the same goal with a higher PPS???
