TenKay did you read the court documents related to the share cancellation?

It specifically says in there that a Marker Maker won't file a 211 on their behalf until the 12.6M shares are canceled. Since they were canceled, we have received confirmation from FINRA (by multiple individuals) that a 211 is on file.

So that is why it wasn't filed months ago.

What caught my interest was a grey market stock that filed a 10-12g over seven months ago and is still trading grey....no 211

Are you implying that it might not be "real?" C'mon, mega-million-billion dollar companies allow themselves to be purchased for $2M, half of it convertible debt at a discount of 50%, by grey sheet stinky pink companies all the time, don't they?

Really, happens all the time, in OTC fluffy hype pump and dumps.
