RGBP's last filing was February 20, 2018 for their 10-Q to report their first quarter financials. Could it be RGBP is cleaning up their financials as a first step in resuming their financial filings? I hope so!

I think you are bang on with your conclusion. Question is what the major transaction will consist of? My thought it is something in totality ie licensing all IP for specific time frame. Thoughts ?
