So the final 10-12G/A was filed in late December...and here we are 7 months later and there is still no correspondence uploaded. Could that signal the SEC is still not satisfied?



Yes, it could. But the SEC is also notoriously slow in uploading their comment letters. But 7 months? They are not usually that slow.

That is an odd one. It could legitimately be either way.

From my experience with SEC correspondence letters they don’t show up until AFTER the problems have been dealt with.
Not sure if that is the case here though.
